We knew that Ch. Valubal Little Black Dress was going to be a fun puppy to show – and was she ever! At her first show as a 6 month old puppy, she won Group First, three Best Puppy in Group and one Best Puppy in Show. At her next show she won 4 group placements, 4 Best Puppy in Group and 2 Best Puppy in Shows. The following weekend, at only 7 months of age, she completed her Canadian Championship.

And it just got better!

At 9 months of age, we travelled to the American National Specialty in Dixon, California where she won the OESCA Annual Match, BOS in Sweepstakes and Reserve Winners Bitch!

A month later, we went to Toronto, Ontario for the Canadian National Specialty where she won an Award of Merit and Best Puppy in Specialty. She was the highest placing Canadian bred dog at these nationals - at only 10 months of age! She also won another Best Puppy in Group at the all-breed show. Her puppy career stats are 1 group first, 4 group 2nds, 5 group 3rds, 2 group 4ths, 14 Best Puppy in Group, 6 all Breed Best Puppy in Shows, and 1 Best Puppy in Specialty Show.

Now that she is two, we have started taking Gabby to dog shows again - and she's having fun! In her first two weekends out in 2011, she won 1 group first, 3 group seconds, and 2 group fourths.
